ISA kogelejate maailmakongress toimub 6.–10. augustil 2025 Soomes, Rovaniemi linnas. Soodushinnaga registreerimine kestab veel kuni selle nädala lõpuni – 27. aprillini! Kuna osalejate arv on piiratud 150 inimesega, tasub tegutseda kiiresti.
Eesti Kogelejate Ühingust on juba kolm autoekipaaži kinnitanud oma osalemise – haara sinagi võimalusest kinni! Nii lähedal pole maailmakongress kunagi varem toimunud.

Deadline for the Early Bird Offer
As you all know, we offer a special Early Bird discount for participants who register by April 27th, 2025, and pay their participation fee by April 30th, 2025, at the latest. We take into account that if you are making a bank transfer from outside the EU, the payment may take 2–5 business days to process, so you don’t need to take that into account. It is enough that you pay your participation fee by April 30th, 2025, at the latest, you don’t need to do that earlier. We will send you a confirmation email when your participation fee has come to our bank account.
Accommodation at the conference hotel Santa’s Hotel Santa Claus
We have received questions regarding accommodation, particularly about booking a room at our conference hotel, Santa’s Hotel Santa Claus. Please note that each participant is responsible for booking and paying for their own accommodation.
We’ve tentatively reserved 90 rooms (30 standard and 60 superior) at special rates for participants from 6th August to 10th August, 2025. If you want to stay at the conference hotel before and/or after the conference, it is possible with same prices if there is room available at the hotel. Please send email to the info.rovaniemi@santashotels.fi and tell you are going to attend this conference and how many nights you would want to stay at the hotel before or/and after the seminar.
